Ingredients
1 (8oz) package cream cheese 1 lb. oleo 6 Tbsp. Milk 2 cans pie filling (any flavor) 4 cups flour
Directions
Have cheese and oleo at room temperature. Cream until smooth. Add flour and milk. Mix until smooth. Add flour and milk. Mix until smooth. Chill several hours or overnight. Pinch dough walnut size. Roll flat until the size of a small saucer. Place 1 tablespoon filling just off center. Fold over and seal with fork. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes. Makes at least 40 pastries. If desired, these may be frozen separately on cookie sheet and put in bags or box until used. Bake as sson as removed from freezer. If frozen, these will require more baking time. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing after baking.
