Ingredients
Cake: 3 cups sifted flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup granulated sugar 1 can pie filling (any flavor) 1 cup butter or margarine Topping: 1 cup flour 10 Tbsp butter, softened 1 cup sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch pan. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar together in a large bowl. Cut in margarine. Set aside In another bowl, beat eggs; add to sour cream. Add vanilla. Stir into flour mixture and then beat on medium speed with mixer until well blended. Spear half the batter into prepared pan. Spoon pie filling evenly over batter; spoon remaining batter over pie filling. To prepare topping: Combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbs form. Sprinkle over cake. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. You may use extra fruit.
