Ingredients
Brownie Layer 4 1 oz. squared unsweetend chocolate ¾ cup butter (1 ½ sticks) 2 cups granulated sugar 3 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup flour 1 cup chopped peanuts Peanut butter layer 1 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Glaze 4 1oz squares semisweet chocolate ¼ cup butter (1/2 stick)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large microwaveable bowl, heat the unsweetened chocolate and the ¾ cup butter in the microwave on high or 2 minutes or just until the butter is melted. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir in granulated sugar, then mix in the beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour and peanuts, then spread into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not overbake. Cool in the pan. Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine the peanut butter layer ingredients until well blended and smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
