Crush oreos. Using a food processor works best but putting them in a plastic bag and using your hands or a rolling pin works well. When crushed, mix in the cream cheese. This takes some time, so be patient.
When mixed, roll into balls and dip them in melted chocolate bark.
Each batch makes about 40 truffles
