Ingredients
6 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 1 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 10 cups whipped topping, thawed 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon mint extract green food coloring. Crust: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup sugar 10 tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions
Prepare chocolate crumb crust: In small bowl stir together crust ingredients until well blended. Press mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan In Small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Add cocoa alternatively with milk, beating until smooth. Gradually fold 6 cups whipped topping; spoon mixture over crumb crust. In small bowl stir together remaining 4 cups whipped topping, mint extract and food color; spread over chocolate layer. Cover, chill about 6 hours or until set.
