Ingredients
½ gallon of the low carb ice cream, chocolate or vanilla, thawed 8 oz of whipped topping 2 small pkg of fat free, sugar free, instant chocolate pudding ½ cup chunky peanut butter
Directions
Whip all this together and freeze. I like to let it thaw a little before serving. For those watching the fat you can use the fat free frozen yogurt with 12 oz of fat free whipped topping. For those that do not care for chocolate you can use vanilla ice cream with butterscotch pudding.
