Blackberry Cobbler
So simple but extra tasty
Ingredients
4 cups blackberries 2 sticks butter or margarine 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1-teaspoon salt 1-cup milk 1-teaspoon vanilla 1 cup boiling water 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoon Corn Starch
Directions
Put berries in bottom of a 9x13 baking pan Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and vanilla. Pour batter over berries. Add 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch to boiling water. Pour Boiling water over batter. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes. Recipe can be cut in half.
