Toffee Bark

Ingredients

40 saltine crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup real butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Line jelly roll pan with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray - line pan with saltines, salty side up. On stovetop, melt butter, stir in brown sugar, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil for 4 minutes. Pour over saltines, covering completely. Bake in oven at 375 for 5 minutes - remove from overn, pour chocolate chips over top and carefully spread to completely covered, sprinkle chopped pecans over top. Refrigerate to set - break or cut into pieces when completely cooled.
