Pan Handy Cake

Ingredients
Cake:
3 cups flour
2 Tbs. Cocoa
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 Tsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups cold water

Topping:
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp cocoa
dash(es) of salt
1 c water
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 13x9 pan Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until cake tests done.

Topping:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, salt and water together.
Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Mix well.
Spread hot topping on hot cake.
