Stromboli
Ingredients
2 frozen bread dough 1 egg yolk 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Thaw bread. Roll, adding flour, to about 11-14 inches. Brush on mixture of the above. Cover with sliced pepperoni, browned sausage (12 ounces). Topp with shredded mozzarella. Then top with diced ham. Roll up like a jelly roll; pinch all together. Put on cookie sheet, seam down, and brush top with egg white. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. This recipe tastes great with just the ham and cheese. Use a deli sliced ham and layer with the cheese.
