Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 bananas 2 cups flour 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 2 egg 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
325 degrees grease pan sugar, bananas, oil, eggs with wooden spoon stir in remaining ingredients pour into pan bake 60 - 70 minutes let cool 10 minutes and then loosen sides and remove from pan let cool completely before slicing
