Sticky Chicken
Ingredients
8-12 pieces of chicken 1 cup ketchup 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup corn syrup or honey 1/2 cup soy sauce
Directions
Mix all sauce ingredients together and bring to simmer for 5 minutes. Spray a baking dish with PAM and place the chicken pieces in. They should fit snugly so they are all touching. Pour the sauce over the chicken. It should cover the chicken pieces about halfway or so. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1.5 to 2 hours. Baste halfway through. Dip sauce out of the baking dish and ladle over rice. Can use any chicken pieces but I prefer thighs. Surprisingly good recipe. It can be made in the crockpot instead of the oven if preferred.
