Ingredients
3-6 lb Pork Picnic Shoulder 1-2 (14oz) cans diced or stewed tomatoes 1 cup vinegar 2-4 TB Worcestershire Sauce 1-2 TB Sugar 1-2TB Red Pepper flakes 1-2 TB salt 2-4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Combine all in crock pot Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low 5 hours on high Shred with two forks and serve. Traditionally served on white hamburger buns with a dollop of vinegar coleslaw and hot sauce.
