In bowl mix all of these ingredients together. Add 1 12oz can beer and quickly stir for 20-30 seconds. The batter will be lumpy. Bake at 375 for 55 minutes until the loaf pulls away from the sides of the loaf pan. Variations: 1. Melt 2-3 tbsp of butter and pour over batter before baking. 2. Add 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese to batter for beer/cheese bread 3. Add oregano, basil and garlic for Italian beer bread
