Santa Fe Soup
Ingredients
Ingredients: 2 lbs. ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 can black beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can red beans 1 can northern beans 2 cans 11 oz. shoepeg corn, drained 2 cans rotel with chilies 1 large can diced tomatoes 2 cups water 1 ranch packet 1 pkg. taco seasoning
Directions
1. Brown beef and drain 2. Stir ranch packet and taco seasoning in water 3. Add all ingredients into pot and simmer until boiling 4. Serve with cheese, sour cream and shredded lettuce
