Ingredients
1/2 cup beef broth 4 tablespoon Sherry Cooking Wine, divided 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoon vegetable oil,, divided 2 cups fresh brocoli florets 1 cup fresh snow peas 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips 1 lb boneless top round or sirloin steak, slightly frozen, cut into thin strips 1 clove garlic, minced 4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
1. For sauce, in small bowl, combine broth, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar. Mix well and set aside. In large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Stir-fry broccoli, snow peas and bell pepper 1 minute. Add remain 2 tablespoons cooking wine. 2. Cover; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove vegetables from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil; add meat and garlic. Stir-fry 5 minutes or until meat is browned. Add sauce to meat; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickend, stirring frequently. Add vegetables and heat through. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings
