Ingredients
1 lb hamburger 1 clove garlic minced 1 Tablespoon chopped Parsley 1 Tablespoon sweet basil 1 ½ teaspoon salt 2 cups diced canned tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz. 1 lb mozzarella 1 pkg lasagna noodles (uncooked) 24 oz. cottage cheese 2 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoon pepper 2 Tablespoons chopped Parseley ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown meat slowly, drain. Add next 6 ingredients to meat. Simmer uncovered. Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients. Place half of noodles in 9” x 13” baking dish. Spread half of cheese mixture, half of mozzarella and half of meat, repeat. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12.
