Hamburger Stroganoff - from Joyce Jury
Ingredients
1 package R-F Kulaski noodles 1 lb. Ground beef 1 small onion, diced 1/4 cup margarine 1 8-oz can mushrooms, undrained 2 Tablespoons Flour 2 garlic cloves, diced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1-Cup Water 1 Cup sour cream 1 can mushroom soup
Directions
Brown onion and garlic in margarine, add meat, lightly brown. Drain off excess fat, add mushrooms and cook 10 minutes. Add flour and cook 10 minutes. Add soup, water and sour cream and cook 10 minutes until it bubbles. Pour over cooked noodles.
