Spaghetti alla carbonara
Ingredients
1 lb package noodles 3 eggs beaten 1 cup grated parmesan cheese,divided 1/2 cup whipping cream 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 tap dried whole basil 1 clove garlic crushed 1/4 cup butter
Directions
Cook noodles and drain Combine eggs and 1/2 cup cheese and stir well Heat whipping cream in heavy saucepan. Stir in bacon,parsley,basil Combine noodles, egg mixture,whipping cream mixture, and butter and toss gently until butter melts Combine with noodles and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese
