Hamburgers for grilling
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Lightly shape into 5 (4 ounce) burgers, about 1/2 inch thick. Allow 4 minutes or so per side for medium doneness.
