Oatmeal Cookie - Suzie Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup oatmeal 1 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup choc chip (optional) 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl Stir in oil, egg and vanilla Form 1 inch balls or use 1 inch cookie dough scoop Bake 10-15 minutes at 325 F
