Raisin Granola Snack Mix
Ingredients
2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp canola oil 3 cups hyvee deluxe fruit and grain medley cereal 1 cup raisins 3/4 cup dried cranberries 3/4 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts 1/4 cup dry roasted sunflower kernels
Directions
1. In large bowl, microwave honey and canola oil on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir well and stir in remaining ingredients 2. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray 3. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely, stirring occasionally, before storing snack mix in a tightly sealed container.
