Cookie Frosting - white vanilla and no milk

Ingredients
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with a mixer on low speed until combined. Beat for another few minutes until desired consistency is reached.
