Ingredients
1 cup butter, melted 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 2 cups powdered sugar 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 12 oz. chocolate almond bark 1 tbsp vegetable shortening
Directions
1.in a medium bowl combine the butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and peanut butter 2.refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour 3.once mixture has hardened form 2 tablespoons of mixture into an egg shape and place on a parchment lined baking sheet 4.place into the freezer for 30 minutes 5.after peanut butter eggs have hardened 6.melt almond bark and vegetable shortening in a medium bowl 7.dip peanut butter eggs into the melted chocolate and set on parchment paper 8.allow chocolate to harden and enjoy!
