Spud Mash
Ingredients
1 lb ham cubed 1 lb sausage browned 2 lbs bacon - cut into small pieces - fried 1 lb colby/jack - shredded 1 lb hash browns 2 dozen eggs - scrambled peppers/onions - chopped (optional)
Directions
Layer half hash browns, sausage, ham, bacon, eggs, cheese, repeat, into a greased pan. Can fix night before if needed. Heat in oven at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until warmed through. You can cover with aluminum foil so cheese doesn't burn Mushrooms and other veggies can be added to your liking.
