Pimento Cheese
Ingredients
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup mayonnaise 1 7-oz jar pimentos, drained and finely diced 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
1 In a medium bowl mix together mayonnaise, hot sauce, and cayenne. Add cheese and pimentos, Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
