Directions
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetener and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Pour in the heavy cream and whip everything together until it becomes light and fluffy (2–4 minutes).
Chill for 30 minutes if you want it firmer
For an even fluffier version, fold in:
1–2 cups of sugar-free whipped topping, or
Freshly whipped heavy cream beaten separately
